- Technical Drills (Serve accuracy & return, fundamental forehand & backhand)

- Structured Match Play

- Afternoon Optional Leisure: (Beach club, recovery session, sport massage)
- Free time (work, relax, explore Canggu/Sanur)
- Evening: Free dinner or optional group dinner
DAY 3

- Defensive & Transition Drills (Transition from baseline to net, Resetting the point)
- Recovery ice bath and sauna
- Lunch
- Sightseeing trip (Temple visit or Waterfall hunting)
- Evening: Casual group dinner
DAY 4

- Tactical Performance Drills (Pattern play, Constructing points, Smash & finishing decisions)
- Break Lunch
- Mini Tournament : Coach review between rounds
- Afternoon: Pool recovery, Massage (optional add-on) Free time
- Final Celebration Dinner : Awards: MVP / Most Improved / Best Team Energy
